"My initial appointment with Heric was very thorough. He asked a lot of questions to determine my state of health and made the point of clarifying any issues. He then did a hands on assessment of my injury adding encouragement. Then I was provided with various homework exercises to complete daily in preparation for our next meeting. All in all, very impressive."

Heric Lopes listened carefully to what my problem was and was very honest in deciding that it was not something he could help me with in view of the lack of space at the business he works, for appropriate physiotherapy equipment, so he referred me to another physiotherapist who had more experience with my kind of case and who had the appropriate equipment. He did not charge me for our 10-15 minute conversation. I found him to be very honest and fair, wanting the best treatment for me.
